Blair Mattern (born 12th January 1957) is an american witch born in Sheridan, Sheridan County, Wyoming to Quidditch star Xavier Mattern and his wife Megan. She is their youngest daughter and child overall and has three elder siblings, Kimber her older sister and then Kyle and Chase, her two elder brothers. Tragically as Blair was entering her seventh year her mother and two eldest siblings were killed when a fire burned down their apartment in 1993, leaving only she, her brother Chase and their father as the surviving members of their family.
