Blaire McCarty Cullen (born Blaire McCarty in 1927 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee) is the only daughter of Bryson and Aileana McCarty. She's a member of the Olympic Coven and the biological niece of Emmett Cullen.

Blaire was turned into a vampire after meeting a similar fate as her uncle Emmett did, except she was attacked by several wolves when she was 18. She doesn't know herself who her creator is, but she's greatful to however turned her for saving her life.

She never returned home after being turned and lived as a nomad for several decades before she passed through Forks and ran into Emmett. The two were surprised and shocked and Emmett brought Blaire with him home where he introduced her to Carlisle and Esme, as well as Rosalie, Edward, Alice and Jasper.

Since she had no place to go, she was welcomed into the family and became a member of the Olympic Coven.

She's portrayed by Lucy Hale throughout the series.
