Åke Strand[]
Åke Strand was one of the first people in the Muggle-Born Network Roz related to. Not because of his muggle-born heritage, but because of his cheeky streak and kind nature. They became quick friends as they dealt with many a life or death experiences. Naturally, Roz introduced him to the Jukebox, which promptly played Billy Joel's Uptown Girl for him (presumbly in reference to his romance with Silja Karppinen, a pure-blood). Åke apparently found this hilarious, and din't stop laughing for nearly ten minutes.
Roz almost viewed him as a kind of elder brother, him being a few years older than her. The two often orchestrated mischief of their own to lighten the mood in the tunnels, where there was usually just a lot of fear. Åke giving Roz countless ideas in the form of crazy tales of pranks from his time at Rättförtrolling (which was where he and Silja were helping smuggle the Hogwarts-aged muggle-borns), he claimed it to be the "home of the best illegally enchanted items".
When Åke and his girlfriend were found dead, and clearly tortured, Roz was beside herself for days, listening to his jukebox song for days and crying.
